City construction

Hello velbanians

Just giving a bit of info on the city construction going on.


Please could you refrain from building anything in the city. Only if told to by the city manager

For example i am making a massive city like mel-lenxia's fjordhjem
i know how i want it to look and theres nothing more frustrating than people comming and building when im not on
